Since covid, it's become clear that wellness initiatives in the past were mostly a token gesture to counter burnout with the ultimate aim to lob even more work on employees.

Mental & emotional wellbeing is no longer something that can be brushed under the carpet. The needle has shifted and employees are no longer willing to sacrifice their health to live up to all the expectations of their workplace.

Burnout has become very real & there is way more push back. Over the months & even years of lockdowns people have created new hobbies, found new ways to relax & unwind recognising how their old lifestyle was negatively impacting not only their overall health but their families' too.

We cannot go back to how things were before & nor should we.

The Soul Works' main goal is to soften the transition in this changing dynamic & offer a viable new standard for sustainable & genuine work-life balance.

Our services are regenerative, and offer remedy to some of the use cases below:

  • ‘Return to the office' challenges: Since 2020, employees found their rhythm working from home so commuting became less appealing. It is considered wasted time, let alone the stress it can induce.

  • 'Sacrificing lifestyle': Employees may find it hard to leave behind their new lifestyle where they could honour their individual needs & hobbies while working full time.

  • ‘Experiencing burnout': People can’t keep up with the pace dictated by their workplace & personal life. Due to the lack of balance between the two, they feel like they can’t go on. They are most likely experiencing severe anxiety & lack of purpose.

  • Relatability to a younger workforce': Gen Z needs more than dental care, gym membership or after hour drinks. They are more aware of their mental & emotional health than previous generations & expect their employers to provide benefits across those areas.

HOW WE DO IT

Wellbeing Off-Sites

These half-day mini retreats offer a new way of team building in an inspiring & mindful setting. The goal is to build new connections, reduce stress & cultivate a peaceful mind.

Included: yoga/movement, mindfulness, interactive workshop & nutritious lunch

Wellbeing Workshops

These interactive workshops are designed to provide practical education on mental & emotional wellbeing, self development, as well as encourage more harmonious inter-workplace relationships.

Can be delivered in person or online.

1-on-1 Coaching

1:1 sessions are a great way to offer individualised support, offered as a health benefit.

In these private sessions, we get to the bottom of those concerns that are keeping your employees up at night & making them feel anxious, disengaged or overwhelmed.
